Dates, walnuts, figs, coconuts, lemons, artichokes, soy, onions, celery, millet, peas, saffron and curcuma — sourced from certified organic farms and brought into production at peak ripeness, when their enzyme and phytonutrient density is at its highest. No dried powders, no concentrates, no isolates ever enter the cascade.
Process outcome
A starting matrix that is alive — full of native enzymes, intact polyphenols and the full water-soluble and fat-soluble nutrient spectrum of the whole plant.
