Shipping Policy

Floradyle® orders are fulfilled and shipped on behalf of Ghori Holding Limited by Ghori Trading LLC. We work with insured, tracked carriers to make sure every bottle arrives in perfect condition.
1. Processing time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our fulfilment centre. During launches, holidays or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Destinations & delivery times
- United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- GCC countries: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates from our carrier partners and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping cost
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown in your cart.
- Express shipping is available on selected destinations at an additional cost.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
6. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund your order where appropriate.
