Your wellbeing matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, our team will work with you to make it right.
1. Eligibility
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items can be returned at any reasonable time after delivery — see section 3.
2. How to request a return
- Email info@floradyle.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back using the address provided. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
4. Refund processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
- Customs duties and import taxes paid to local authorities are not refundable by us.
5. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, free gifts, samples, gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
